Income Tax- TDS for the year 2011-12

               
Income Tax department of India, vide circular No. 5/2011[F No.275/192/2011-IT(B)] dated 16/08/2011 have issued detailed guidelines on deduction of Income Tax at source from the salaries under section 192of Income Tax Act 1961 during the financial year 2011-12.

   All Grama Panchayat Secretaries and Performance Audit Supervisors are advised to strictly comply with the directions issued through the circular. You can download the full text of the circular from the link provided below.

2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തെ ചെലവുകളുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങള്‍ സംബന്ധിച്ച്

2010-11 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷത്തെ ചെലവുകളുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങളും, ചെലവഴിക്കാത്ത തുകയുടെ വിശദാംശങ്ങളും ധനവകുപ്പിന് നല്‍കുന്നതിനു സര്‍ക്കാര്‍ നിര്‍ദേശിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആയതിനാല്‍ സമയക്രമം പാലിച്ച് ഫോറങ്ങള്‍ ഉടന്‍ സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്.

ശ്മശാനം, അറവുശാല നിര്‍മാണത്തിന് ധനസഹായത്തിന്  15/09/2011തീയതി വരെ ഈ ഓഫീസില്‍ അപേക്ഷ നല്‍കാവുന്നതാണ്. ധനസഹായം അഭ്യര്‍ഥിച്ചു കൊണ്ടുള്ള പഞ്ചായത്ത്‌ തീരുമാനം സഹിതം സമര്‍പ്പിക്കേണ്ടതാണ്. 

AD HOC BONUS/FESTIVAL ALLOWANCE

            

      Government have sanctioned Ad hoc Bonus/Special Festival Allowance to the State Government Employees,Employees of Aided Educational Institutions, Full time Contingent Employees etc. and Onam Advance to all Government employees.

      Part Time Contingent Employees including those working in Aided Educational Institutions are  eligible for either Special Festival Allowance or Ad hoc Bonus whichever is higher, along with an Onam Advance of Rs. 1200/-

ശ്മശാനം അറവുശാല എന്നിവയ്ക്ക് അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിക്കുന്നു

2011-12 സാമ്പത്തിക വര്‍ഷം സംസ്ഥാന പദ്ധതിയില്‍ ഉള്‍പെടുത്തി ശ്മശാനം അറവുശാല എന്നിവ നിര്‍മിക്കുന്നതിനു ഗ്രാമ പഞ്ചായത്തുകളില്‍ നിന്നും അപേക്ഷ ക്ഷണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.  ശ്മശാനങ്ങള്‍ക്ക് 10ലക്ഷം രൂപയും അറവുശാലക്ക് 20ലക്ഷം രൂപയും  ആണ് സഹായധനം. വിശദവിവരങ്ങള്‍ ഇതോടൊപ്പം നല്‍കുന്നു.
