Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules-2011.

             Kerala Government vide G.O.(MS) 41/2011/LSGD  dated 14/02/2011 have made Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules-2011. The Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules-2011, will be applicable in all village Panchayts in Kerala State, whenever a public or private building being erected, altered, any change in occupancy/usage occurs or in case of any addition or extension to the existing building is being carried out.

           The full text of the Kerala Panchayat Building Rules -2011 can be downloaded  from the link provided below. The Secretaries of Grama Panchayats are requested to keep a hard copy of the Rules readily available in the Office for reference and to strictly adhere to the Rules.

          The monthly conference of Presidents and Secretaries of all Grama Panchayats in Wayanad District is scheduled on 04/03/2011, Friday, 10.30AM at Collectorate conference hall. All Presidents and Secretaries are requested to attend the same. Secretaries should submit the periodical reports on or before 03/03/2011 with out fail.

       Section 192 of The Income Tax Act-1961 provides that every person responsible for paying any income chargeable under the head SALARY shall deduct the income tax on the estimated income of the assessee under the head salaries. The Tax once deducted should be deposited in Government Account and a certificate of deduction  of Income Tax at source in Form-16 is to be issued to the employee.

      The Application have five sheets. Make sure that you read and understand the detais provided in the 'INSTRUCTIONS' sheet before starting data entry. Datas should be only entered in the sheet named 'FORM' and never try to enter any data in the sheets named  'STATEMENT' and 'FORM-16'.
