Kerala Government vide G.O.(MS) 41/2011/LSGD dated 14/02/2011 have made Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules-2011. The Kerala Panchayat Buildings Rules-2011, will be applicable in all village Panchayts in Kerala State, whenever a public or private building being erected, altered, any change in occupancy/usage occurs or in case of any addition or extension to the existing building is being carried out.
